*INTENT TO DESTROY RECORDS
NOTICE OF INTENT TO DESTROY CONFIDENTIAL RECORDS Student's special education records will be destroyed according to Colorado State Archives Guidelines, five years after the student moves to another district, graduates or otherwise stops receiving special education services from Southeastern BOCES. Student files with a birthday in 1990-1995 are being destroyed. The student or parent/guardian may obtain a copy of the records at the following address. You will have until OCTOBER 30, 2018 to request records. Mailing records will cost $7.00. Photo identification will be required.
