Why work for SEBOCES?

Most positions are for 155 workdays a year with the same work schedule as our member districts, so you get the same holidays and summers off that students do! When working for a BOCES you are enrolled in Colorado PERA. PERA is the same retirement all our teachers, first responders, and judges have. SEBOCES also offers insurance for full-time staff, which SEBOCES pays the majority of. You get to work alongside many dedicated, knowledgeable, caring fellow team members. Most importantly, you get to work with amazing kids that just might teach you more than you teach them!
